Blog winner update

Blog winner update
17th January 2012 Hair
It was really nice to meet Choolwe , if you remember she was the winner of my 2nd Blog Bday anniversary (here). She came in to claim her prize today, when she came in she explained to me that she was in transition and that nearly three quarters of her hair was natural and the rest was relaxed. After a consultation we decided that she would get bangs that were versatile and that I would put loads of layers in her hair. I decided to give her my updated version of a bowl haircut whilst still keeping most of her length and remembering that she is also natural. I blow dried her hair with a little brocato keratin spray so that her hair can stay straight for longer and I used Argan secret Hair styling Exilir to style it and add a little shine and smoothness, her hair smelt amazing after. I loved the outcome of her look and cant wait to see the rest of her hair journey.

amazing results! I’m getting tired of protective styles and want to embrace my short hair (lets see how long that lasts) but the mini ‘frp REALLY doesn’t suit me. I look 12 LOL
Is it ok to straighten really short afros?
